Joanne, oversees all of Volunteer Toronto's services for organizations including public outreach and support. Joanne ensures their services are effectively helping non-profits build capacity through volunteer involvement, and that barriers to volunteering are broken down for those looking to get started. Staff Buy In - How do you get your colleagues on board with volunteer engagement? Discover the messaging and tools to encourage staff to better engage with volunteers.
Volunteer Boundaries - Learn about the four types of boundaries you need between volunteers and clients, staff and even other volunteers. How do you enforce them? What happens when a volunteer breaks a boundary? Discover the tools you need to ensure effective boundaries.
