Our Constitution and Bylaws are reviewed annually and all amendments are presented by the Executi
ve to the members in advance of the AGM. Motions to amend the bylaws are then decided upon at the AGM.

There are two master binders that are of historical importance to KAAAV containing agendas, minu
tes, and treasurer’s reports from general membership meetings, executive committee meetings and the annual general meeting (AGM).
KAAAV has established guidelines that define what content may be circulated via email and/or posted 
on our website. Members are encouraged to review before making a request. Our objective is to ensure our members have access to content that is relevant to our daily activities and some requests may be declined if the request falls outside of the guidelines.
