Promoting Professional Volunteer Resource Management

The Executive Committee meet two or three times during year often immediately following a monthly meeting.

The sub-committees meet as per the following:

Education: 2-3 times during the summer/early fall to arrange the schedule for the following calendar year,publish the KAAAV brochure and distribute to members by November. They poll the KAAAV membership for topic suggestions, arranges for speakers and books meeting venues.

Special Events: meet several times from July through April to organize special events each year for Managers of Volunteers, such as workshops, conferences and networking socials.

Bursary: meet as applications are received. Meetings are often held via email or over the phone.
